LearnWorlds is a platform for people who build and sell online courses. I joined in 2026 as Learning Experience & AI Product Specialist, in a small team working where instructional design, AI and product meet.
Listening at scale
I work with AI to dig through what thousands of real customers say, ask and struggle with, and turn it into findings people can act on.
Designing the learning
Those findings become guides and learning experiences for the same people they came from: course creators and the teams who support them.
Shaping the AI
I bring an instructional designer's eye to the product team, helping the platform's AI give creators better results from the start.
Measuring honestly
Every number I report says what it can and can't show, and anyone can check how it was worked out.
